唤醒茶

3.茶具

茶具的选择对制作普洱茶很重要。一般最好选择紫砂壶。紫砂除了具有古朴典雅的特点外,还含有许多对人体健康有益的微量元素和肉眼看不见的毛孔。长期使用,既能吸收茶汁,又能在泡茶时保持良好的保味功能。

4.茶剂量

一般3-5人喝茶,每次茶量在3-5克左右。茶叶的浓淡可以在冲泡时间中掌握,冲泡时间长,滋味浓,反之则淡。

清洗茶叶

茶叶入壶后,普洱茶一般需要用沸水洗1-2次,每次用沸水洗的时间在3-5秒左右,让茶体泡入水中,充分释放茶质。

6.酿造时间

普洱茶经过1-2次洗涤后,第三次冲泡的茶就是饮茶。此时可以根据客人的口味来把握茶叶的深浅,一般每次冲泡3-5秒为宜,冲泡5次后冲泡时间可以更长。

供应汤

冲泡好的茶汤要及时倒入杯中,不要长时间留在壶中。茶叶的汤色与陈酿和发酵有关。新上市的普洱茶汤色为淡黄色,但随着存放或发酵时间的延长,汤色逐渐转变为枣红色,甚至猪肝色。

8.分茶

将冲泡好的茶汤均匀地分入客杯中,供客人享用。
