苦荞茶的制作方法

主料:生苦荞麦50克

辅料:苦荞10克、热水150毫升

1、碗中放入生苦荞麦50g,筛掉荞麦皮屑;

2、起锅放入荞麦,大火翻炒3分钟,晃动锅后转中火炒3-5分钟,再次晃动后转小火炒3-4分钟;
