具体步骤:

再加入牛肉、胡萝卜和番茄翻炒1分钟。

然后加入高汤。
9、Add two tablespoons of ketchup and boil over medium heat until the beef is tender.
再加入两大勺番茄酱,再以中火煮开,转小火煮至牛肉软烂。

拌匀即可出锅,即可。
